Irish Family Recipe Roundup

We always celebrate our Irish heritage on St. Patrick's Day with lots of good food and fond memories of my Irish Grandparents. Remembering the stories that have been passed down through the years that are now passed on to the younger ones. A very proud heritage that is woven into the very fabric of our life. When we sit down to celebrate this year we will be remembering all the wonderful family that walked before us and made our journey so much smoother, along with the amazing recipes that make us think they are all right here with us.

An Irish Blessing
May the road

rise up to meet you.

May the wind always be at your back.

May the sun shine warm upon your face,

and rains fall soft

upon your fields.

And until we meet again,

May God hold you

in the palm of His hand.

Thanks so much for stopping by to enjoy some Irish food and a blessing. We always love having our friends celebrate a special day with us! Hope you have a wonderful week and come back to see us real soon!
Peace and Joy
