I do treat the Patty Pan Squash...Hi Hardlyagoddess,
I do treat the Patty Pan Squash very much like the yellow summer squash. I don't peel it or seed it. Just slice it for casseroles, steaming or stewing. Another great way is to take a small part of the top off and bake it. It is a very good squash to work with. Hope you enjoy the recipe and thanks so much for stopping by!
Miz HelenMiz Helenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06990448907520193758noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7439431739381894308.post-61992058143469734662017-07-12T20:50:23.535-05:002017-07-12T20:50:23.535-05:00This looks so good but I have never seen a patty-p...This looks so good but I have never seen a patty-pan squash- do you peel it or do you have to seed it or is it like a yellow squash?Hardlyagoddesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17054718017650470695noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7439431739381894308.post-39972731960005893932017-07-06T00:29:05.509-05:002017-07-06T00:29:05.509-05:00Oh I've never heard squash referred to as patt...Oh I've never heard squash referred to as patty pan.
