It's fun when it's rare and doesn't last long. Here in Southeastern Oklahoma we tend to get freezing rain and ice before we get any snow so it's pretty treacherous. A little light, fluffy snow that lasts one day is fine but I can do without ice! <br /><br />I make a vegetable soup with dumplings but hadn't ever thought of cornbread dumplings.
