Fried Rice
We have been enjoying Fried Rice for years and often times have Fried Rice as a side dish or as the entire meal. It is one of the most versatile dishes as many different vegetables can be added to the rice and eggs to make it different every time. Today we are having our favorite mix of vegetables with the rice. Fried Rice Fried Rice Miz Helen's Kitchen Ingredients 3 cups of day old rice 4 tablespoons sesame oil 1 cup of vegetables, steamed or chopped 2 bunches green onions, chopped 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 teaspoon pepper 4 tablespoons lite sodium soy sauce 3 eggs, beaten Option: 1 tablespoon hot mustard Directions In a hot wok (or skillet) add the oil, stir in the vegetables with the chopped green onion and garlic.
