  From Garden to Table our Freezer Italian Tomato Basil Sauce is a real keeper!  This recipe allows you to serve a great sauce with your pasta's and have enough left to freeze for the next time you want to have a very special sauce to use. 

Welcome to our meal planning session on this very hot summer day. I have come out to the screen porch early today to enjoy the cooler temperatures. I have put together some awesome recipes that will give us a cooler approach to our meal plans. The last thing we want this time of the year is to heat up the house or stand in the yard over a hot grill. It will be one cool week of meal plans!

  Chicken Piccata is one of my favorites. Our Italian Chicken Piccata Meatballs wrap all that Piccata flavor into one amazing meatball with a creamy sauce on top. Just serve it with some wide egg noodles and what a delicious meal.

Our new raised garden beds have brought pure joy into our gardening life. We recently introduced our  Custom Raised Garden Beds  and we are really having great results. I am very excited to share our first spring harvest with all of you.

  What is in season now and how can I use it? That is the question that started our Food and Recipe Basket. This month we are looking at some wonderful April fruits and vegetables that are in some of our gardens and also in the markets. I love looking forward to all the fresh fruits and vegetables that we will be having in the spring and summer months.

  Greetings my friends, our meal planning session is early this week. A little meal planning early will help us all have more time to spend with our families as we celebrate this spiritual season of Easter.

  Hello everyone, our beautiful spring weather has temporarily left us and winter has returned. Winters return sent us directly to the gardens to secure the plants from the strong northern winds coming in at this time. We will be warming some through the week ending with a lovely Easter Weekend. We will be making our meal plans according to the cooler season.
