Welcome to our meal planning session on this very hot summer day. I have come out to the screen porch early today to enjoy the cooler temperatures. I have put together some awesome recipes that will give us a cooler approach to our meal plans. Chicken Piccata is one of my favorites. Our Italian Chicken Piccata Meatballs wrap all that Piccata flavor into one amazing meatball with a creamy sauce on top. Just serve it with some wide egg noodles and what a delicious meal.
