Thank you for featuring my Mardi Gras King Cake! These few months are so much fun to bake for! St. Patrick's Day follows on the heels of Mardi Gras, and Easter is so early this year. Then it's Spring!! Yay! My daffodils are starting to bloom, even if the grass and bushes haven't gotten with the program yet (haha) ~ but I assume your weather is about the same as mine (we're about 30 miles south of Oklahoma, so closer to the Red River than actual Dallas ~ and more snow & always a little cooler). Catch y'all again next week!
