Neiman Marcus Cookies (Copy Cat)
This is one of my husbands favorite cookies as well as one of our most requested by close friends and family.
I have updated the original recipe with different ingredients that we love. These cookies are so easy to prepare and are loaded with chocolate, oatmeal and pecans. You can be serving these amazing cookies in a very short time. Please keep in mind that very few folks will eat just one.

In an electric mixer bowl, mix the butter, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla extract. Then add the flour, oatmeal, baking powder, baking soda, salt and ground cinnamon.
Fold in the mini chocolate morsels.
With a scooper place the little round balls
on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
and bake for 9 minutes.
Be careful to NOT over bake.
Remove from oven and place on a cooling rack.
Recipe
These cookies made it to the serving tray, sometimes the cooling rack is emptied long before the tray is filled!
Thanks so much for stopping by for a fresh cookie right out of the oven. I always look forward to your visit and hope you will come back to see us real soon!
