Our Cheesy Beef Noodle Bake is a great comfort food for the family. This is a very easy recipe to prepare and delicious to eat. There is enough for seconds for the guys who have worked all day and are tired and hungry. Just add a salad and some garlic bread and you have a great meal.   Our Mushroom Burger Casserole was developed from a Mushroom Burger that I made for one of my sons when he was growing up. As the family grew we developed the recipe into a casserole which will feed a lot more folks at one time plus it is delicious! A combination of fresh mushrooms, ground chuck, with a fantastic sauce and added pasta. Oh my it is a comfort deluxe casserole!
