I may "overload" y'all since cookies are my passion and I do sell Holiday cookie assortments around the area. I've become known for my biscotti, so I'm always doing "I wonder if this will work" versions (like the Penguins I did above) plus cake balls. I usually make at least 1 type (or more) every day from Thanksgiving on ~ and have Tupperware with cookie dough ready to scoop in the fridge ~ as well as my homemade icebox logs & squares to cut & bake. I promised the followers of my daily food page that I'll post at least 1 cookie recipe a day, so there's that too! ** Thanks, Miz Helen, for all you do and OH, YES ... had to post my Cowboy Santa photo #25, but that was for you (so feel free to delete it) ~ just thought you'd like it! ...
