I am so happy that you can join us today for our meal planning session. When we turn the calendar to November it means some of the foods are my favorites. I have so many recipes that I would love to cook this month.  I am not sitting on the screen porch today, it is raining and just a bit chilly. Great night for a pot of Chili and Cornbread, that sure sounds good!

I have my recipes spread all over my table the decision is difficult because there are so many possibilities for the week. I can't wait to see what we come up with for next week!

  Greetings my friends, our meal planning session is early this week. A little meal planning early will help us all have more time to spend with our families as we celebrate this spiritual season of Easter. 

  Hello everyone, our beautiful spring weather has temporarily left us and winter has returned. Winters return sent us directly to the gardens to secure the plants from the strong northern winds coming in at this time. We will be warming some through the week ending with a lovely Easter Weekend. We will be making our meal plans according to the cooler season.

Spring meal plans are great, a refreshing start after a long winter. I am taking advantage of the beautiful spring day and sitting on the screen porch, and I am so happy to welcome you to our meal planning session today.

Here we are sitting on the screen porch the first day of March with the temperatures in the 80's! We are truly enjoying this great welcome party for March! I am always excited to make the meal plans for March, it gives me a chance to visit my Irish heritage. We will be having some family favorites and looking forward to the amazing Irish food!

  Hello everyone and welcome to our meal planning session for next week. One of the first things on my meal planning check list is to check the weather that we will be having for the next week.

Welcome to our meal planning session, we are having a rain soaked weekend here in East Texas. What a great time to sip some coffee and warm up with some great recipes. It was warmer earlier in the week which enabled me to have fun with my Veggie  Pod. I planted 50 onion sets in the Pod and can't wait to watch them grow. I am so happy that you are here for our meal planning session today, its more fun when you are here. 

Welcome to our meal planning session for the week. Here we are in February the month of love! It will be fun planning meals for this month as we have Super Bowl Sunday, Valentines Day, then we don't want to forget Madri Gras. That is a lot of amazing food cuisines to pack into such a short month. We will meet the challenge and have fun doing it!

  If you are able to see this meal plan today, that means you still have power in the middle of what is supposed to be a really bad winter storm. We have been preparing for the storm for several days now and at this writing, we think we are ready. 

  Hello everyone and welcome to our meal planning session for this week. I am all warm and cozy with a cup of hot chocolate and more than a few marshmallows! I have been looking at recipes to get some ideas of what we might want for this week, and so far it all looks so good. I promise to keep it balanced and not go to far over good healthy guidelines.
