Our sausage and peppers quiche is delicious and so easy to put together. We are using a frozen pie crust, and this recipe only takes 4 eggs. With the price of eggs this seems as budget friendly as we can get today. The quiche will serve 8 so that is a good buy. We have served this quiche here to friends and family and it is a big hit!

I love making this recipe for our gang here at the cottage, especially when all of our berry bushes are producing in the spring of the year. I love to make my Red Velvet Pancakes, pour a little Sweet Cheese Glaze over them and add a little fruit to garnish. I usually make these delectable pancakes for very special occasions, because they are really that special. The pancakes are light and fluffy and the glaze is a great addition to any fruit. These pancakes can be made ahead of time and frozen up to 2 months, making them even more appealing. We love these pancakes for brunch, but I have served them for dessert and they were a big hit.


Pumpkin Spice Swirl French Toast Bake

  Pumpkin Spice Swirl French Toast Bake recipe was developed in the bread section at the super market. We love raisin bread and it was on my shopping list. I noticed a new display of Pumpkin Spice Swirl, it was thick cut and a limited edition, I was drooling already. As I moved along with my shopping I thought that the Pumpkin Coffee Creamer would be perfect to mix the eggs with for a great French Toast, and so it was. I put the recipe together with some fresh blueberries and it was a big hit at brunch the next day. I did manage to put some of the special bread in the freezer to have on hand for holiday brunches.

Our Hash-Brown Broccoli Brunch Casserole will be delicious for a special brunch, a nice luncheon or even a casual family dinner. This recipe is one of those that will go to any meal or any function. Carry it to the covered dish at your favorite social or serve it to your morning Bible class. This is a very hearty casserole with an amazing flavor that just works together. When I serve this there has never been any left to freeze although you can freeze it up to 3 months. We love this recipe!

  I have so much fun creating new recipes and this is one of my new brunch and breakfast recipe's that we just love. This is a great combination of sausage, eggs, and seasons all rolled into a nice dip of goodness sitting on top of a toasted muffin and covered with a layer of melted cheese. This recipe has quickly become of of our breakfast favorites.
