Slow Cooker Cheesy Potato Soup

I love coming home after a busy day to a great soup simmering away in the Slow Cooker.  This is a real simple and flavorful Potato Soup that we just love, a real stick to your ribs comfort soup.  We just love to cozy up for the evening with this awesome bowl of soup.

  9. Helen, this sounds yummy! We are featuring soups at Saturday Dishes and I'd love for you to link this soup. My son and his wife have just had twin boys. I'm making this to take over. Meals have sort of been lost in caring for these two bundles of joy. This would be good and comforting.

  22. Hi, Miz Helen. It's so nice to have you join See Ya in the Gumbo this week. I've been out of town with family and will have the new link up Monday evening.

I love a nice potato soup and appreciate the use of hash browns in yours...no chopping! It'll be cold in these parts for the next couple of nights. This would be a very welcome dish!
