Crock Pot Italian Chicken

When I have a busy day or just want a special recipe, I go to the slow cooking of a crock pot or a slow cooker. It is great to come home at the end of a busy day, walk in the front door and have that smell of a fantastic dish waiting for you. I also love taking these special dishes to cover dish luncheon's or dinner, the folks always see me coming with my little red crock pot. The recipe that we are sharing today is full of bold Italian flavor and will keep them coming back for seconds every time. We love this recipe and sure hope you enjoy it!

  1. Can bone in or boneless chicken breast be used in the place of thighs? I always look forward to receiving your email and what delicious recipe in enclosed.

    1. I haven't tried the recipe with Chicken Breast, but if I did, I would use bone in, skin on, to ensure that the breast stays moist. It would be very good, I may try it that way the next time I make the recipe. Thanks so much for stopping by today, I really appreciate your support for the blog!
      Have a very special week!
