  19. This sounds delicious.
The recipe I have calls for roasted sweet potatoes, cubed, chopped apple, craisins, chopped pecans, chopped or sliced celery, and chopped red onion. The dressing is either a honey mustard & apple juice mix or a cranberry vinaigrette.

  22. I just made this and it's sitting in my fridge waiting for the big meal tomorrow. IT IS AMAZING! I'm not kidding you. I think it's the BEST potato salad I have ever had. I will be making this again and again. Also, the dressing is fantastic on its own and I will be making it over and over again as a veggie dip. I used the olive oil light mayo and it's phenomenal!
