Spicy Marshmallow Fudge

This is a very different Fudge with a spicy kick.  I love to serve this fudge it is so creamy and really has fabulous flavor.  When my husband ask for Fudge this is his favorite recipe.  This recipe is so easy to put together and it is ready to serve in a short time.  This fudge is great for dessert or a special treat!

Spicy Marshmallow Fudge at Miz Helen's Country Cottage


Spicy Marshmallow Fudge
Miz Helen's Kitchen
Ingredients
2 (7 ounce) jars marshmallow creme
3 (12 ounce) semi-sweet chocolate chips
4-1/2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon chili power
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
Butter for the baking sheet
Directions
Butter a shallow 9X13 baking sheet
Pour the marshmallow creme and the chocolate chips into a electric mixing bowl.
In a heavy saucepan over medium to high heat stir together the sugar, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and evaporated milk.
Bring the mixture to a boil and boil for 6 minutes constantly stirring.
Pour the boiling mixture directly into a mixing bowl with the marshmallow creme and chocolate chips.
Mix until smooth, being careful not to over mix.
Pour into the buttered baking sheet and smooth on top.
Let set until cool and slice into serving pieces.
