  • 4 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup half and half
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon all-spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/3 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Open the refrigerator cinnamon roll can and remove the rolls.
  2. Cut the rolls into quarters.
  3. Place the quartered cinnamon rolls into a large mixing bowl.
  4. In a mixing pitcher, whip the eggs, half and half, cinnamon, all-spice, and salt together. Pour the egg and milk mixture over the quartered cinnamon rolls and mix until completely covered.
  5. In a small mixing bowl mix together the brown sugar and pecans, then sprinkle on top of the cinnamon rolls.
