How To Make Cheesy Chili Hash Brown Casserole
First we brown the ground chuck in a large skillet.
Stir in the Sloppy Joe Sauce to the
browned ground chuck.
Stir in the chili and mix with the meat and sauce.
a 9 X 13 baking dish.
Pour the remainder of the meat mixture on top of the hash browns, then sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top of the casserole.
Place the lid on the baking dish and bake covered
at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
Garnish with fresh green onions, chopped.

Cheesy Chili Hash Brown Casserole
A very easy casserole to make and on your table in no time. A great family or potluck recipe!
Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground chuck
- 1 (15.5 ounce) can original sloppy joe sauce
- 1 (15 ounce) can chili with beans
- 1/2 ( 30 ounce) package frozen country-style shredded hash browns, thawed
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups fresh onions, chopped small
- Cooking Oil Spray
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground chuck.
- Stir in the sloppy joe sauce. Next stir in the chili and beans. Mix the mixture until it is all incorporated.
- Spray a 9 X 13 baking dish with a cooking oil. Pour 1/4 of the meat mixture in the bottom of the baking dish.
- Place the thawed hash browns on top of the meat mixture. Next layer the remainder of the meat mix on top of the hash browns. Top with the shredded cheddar cheese. Cover the baking dish.
- Bake in a 375 degree oven for 30 minutes. Garnish with the fresh chopped green onions. Serve hot.
