Fall Garden Hash

When we transition the garden from spring and summer vegetables to the fall vegetables it is a wonderful time of cooler weather and wonderful root vegetables with great color and flavor.  This recipe brings together some of the falls best from the garden combined with great seasons producing a fabulous side dish.  We just love this dish and sure hope you and your family enjoy it.

  1. I envy you your gardening expertise, but only in the best sense. I do not have the space, but for a few pots of herbs. Thank goodness for the farmers markets. This is truly a Fall garden in a pot. Yummy.

  6. When I see fabulous recipes like this, which use brussel sprouts, it makes me sad that I'm the only one in my family that cares for them. I will bookmark this for the next time my Mom comes to visit. Thanks for sharing at Simple Supper Tuesday.
