How To Make Fried Onion Hamburger Steak

(I am posting a black and white photo, so we don't have to look at raw meat.)
Mixing all the seasons, and the crushed fried onions with the
ground chuck. Divide 1 pound of the ground chuck and onion mix into four parts. Pat out 4 little steaks.
I like to use my iron skillet for these little steaks,
just place them in a very hot skillet and
let them sear on both sides,
then reduce the heat and place the lid on the skillet.

Next we are mixing a
cream of mushroom soup with evaporated milk.
Divide the sauce mix into 4 parts and
pour 1 part on each little steak. Top with the remainder
of the fried onions.
Reduce the heat to low, place the lid on and
cook for a few more minutes.
Serve with a garnish of fresh parsley.
