Slow Cooker Ranch Casserole
Our Slow Cooker Ranch Casserole is a great recipe for a busy day. This recipe brings in all the Tex-Mex flavors that we love here at the cottage. Just put all the delicious ingredients into the slow cooker and go on about your day. When you are ready to serve just load your favorite bowl with the extra goodness.

How To Make Slow Cooker Ranch Casserole
In a large skillet, brown the ground chuck. When the meat is beginning to turn brown add the chopped onions and continue to cook until the onions are clear. Last add the chopped garlic and cook for about 1 minute.
Stir in the taco seasoning and mix well.
In a mixing bowl, mix the corn, pinto beans, tomatoes, green chilies, and cream of chicken soup. Mix together until completed combined.
Pour the mixture into the slow cooker.
Place the lid on the cooker.
Cook on low 3 to 4 hours or on high for 2 to 3 hours.
Cover the top of the casserole with the cheese,
then place the lid back on the cooker.
Turn the heat to warm and let set until ready to serve.
To serve, I like to use a deep individual serving bowl. Crush some tortilla chips and place in the bottom of the bowl, spoon the casserole over the chips. Add some sliced avocados', chopped tomatoes, and chopped green onions, and shredded cheese on the side. Recipe
