  1. Sounds like some good eats this week. Thanks for the inspiration.

  2. Oh yum! Monday is my favorite. It I have veggies and corn bread, I have no need for meat of any kind. The whole week's menu looks great tho.

  3. That salad sounds wonderful. And I LOVE a veggie plate!!! My favorite is fresh corn (scraped off the cob and cooked in milk and butter), fresh black-eyed peas, chopped tomato and chopped onion. Pile onto hot cornbread. It's a FEAST!

  4. Visiting your site is like reading a cookbook! Everything looks fabulous!
I am off to get your black eyed peas recipe. Thanks for bringing your menu sense and tasty recipes to ON THE MENU MONDAY!

  5. Grilled peaches are my absolute summer favorite!

  6. I always try to have meatless Mondays as well (much to my partners dislike!). Great menu lots of variety

  7. I always leave your blog feeling hungry! :) Great menu as always. Have a great weekend!

  8. I have some salmon that needs to be used up I might just have to try the creamy dill salmon recipe!

  9. Love those grilled peaches :) Thanks for sharing your to-try recipes with us this week. And, thanks for your sweet comment on the recipe from my grandma!
