Full Plate Thursday Where The Greatest Cooks On The Planet Gather
Welcome to Full Plate Thursday, I sure am glad to see you today. We had such an awesome week here at the Cottage last week with the surprise birthday party for my husband, we got to visit with lots of family, it was a very special time for us. Many thanks to all of you for your sweet birthday wishes for him, he just loved every comment, and so did I of course. Come on back to the upstairs patio, we are having our party by the Rose Garden today, and I can't wait to see what you have brought to share today. Lets get all this food on the table, its time to eat.
Because I was so busy with my husbands weekend party last week your page view's filled the plate last week, and this is how you filled that plate!

Background Story For Full Plate Story
When
we were young and just
starting out in life sometimes we did not have a
lot of money. Most of our friends were
having to stretch the dollars
at the end of the month just like us. My
girlfriends and I decided that we
would pool our food for some of the
evening meals right before payday...
the last week of the month. I have some
of the fondest memories from those
days. We would all bring our food
together and we had some great food and
great fellowship. We would get the
food on the table and everything ready,
someone would bless the food and
then the hostess would say "come fill your
plate".

This week I've brought a slow cooker full of Mediterranean Beef Rump Roast. It's GF and top 8 allergen-free (also low carb and paleo, too), but it's still full of flavor.
