Cajun Pumpkin Seeds

Hope everyone had a Happy Halloween! If you have leftover pumpkin seeds this is a yummy and easy way to snack on them. Just 1 secret ingredient and you've got some savory seeds with a little kick! 


Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds- washed and patted dry 
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil 
  • 3-4 tablespoons Tony Chachere's seasoning (or as much as you prefer) 
Directions

Preheat oven to 300 F. Start with your washed pumpkin seeds. You want them as dry as you can pat them. Put them in a bowl with your olive oil and seasoning and mix. Then spread evenly on a baking sheet.

Roast for 45 min- 1 hour. Stir halfway through.

Let them cool and then enjoy!
