Lemon Coconut Cake

We are preparing for Easter Week here at the cottage. We will be expecting family to come in for the week so I am doing some early baking, and a surprise for some of the little ones and the big ones as well. I just love the Lemon and Coconut combination so this is my Lemon Coconut Cake for this year.

    1. Hi Charlotte,
It is 1/3 cup water, thanks so much for bringing that to my attention. That's why my kids wanted me to write all these recipes down, I just cook from my head. Thanks so much for stopping by and hope you are having a great weekend!
