Whats For Dinner Next Week 7-13-14

We are having a fabulous summer here in Texas this year and we are loving every minute of it. We just finished our potato harvest last week and now we have lots of wonderful fresh potatoes for our cold bin in the barn. We planted more purple potatoes this year, I think they will be so much fun to create dishes with great color. The Canning season is in full swing, we put up 35 jars of Salsa yesterday and of course an extra quart for the refrigerator, it is so good! Glad you stopped by this morning for coffee, lets get busy on The Menu for next week.
