This is such a simple recipe to put together and is so cool and refreshing. The Balsamic Vinaigrette in made in one of my mini processor, my favorite little kitchen appliance. There is rarely a day goes by I don't use my mini processor. Just put all the ingredients for the vinaigrette into the processor and it is ready to go.

I pour the vinaigrette into a fruit jar and keep it at room temperature until serving.
Last we thread the skewers, I am using a 10 inch wooden skewer. You can use any size you like and thread it with many different variations of pattern. Right before serving just drizzle the vinaigrette over the skewers and garnish with fresh chopped basil. Serve the vinaigrette on the side, This is a delicious appetizer!
