  • 10 mini croissants, split
  • 10 tablespoons whole grain mustard
  • 10 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 10 slices deli ham
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups half & half
  • dash of Tabasco
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 cups sliced fresh strawberries, sliced for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pour 1/2 of the melted butter into a 9 X 13 baking dish.
  2. Prepare one croissant at a time, open the split croissant and use 1 tablespoon to spread the whole grain mustard. Fill the croissant with a slice of the Swiss Cheese and 1 slice of the ham. Fold the top over and place in the buttered baking dish. Repeat the process until the 10 stuffed croissant's are in the baking dish.
  3. In a mixing pitcher, whisk together the eggs, half and half, dash of Tabasco, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika, until completely mixed.
  4. Very carefully pour the egg and milk mixture around the edge of the stuffed croissant's. Drizzle the remainder of the melted butter on top of the croissant's.
