Welcome to our meal planning session on this very hot summer day. I have come out to the screen porch early today to enjoy the cooler temperatures. I have put together some awesome recipes that will give us a cooler approach to our meal plans. The last thing we want this time of the year is to heat up the house or stand in the yard over a hot grill. It will be one cool week of meal plans!

  Chicken Piccata is one of my favorites. Our Italian Chicken Piccata Meatballs wrap all that Piccata flavor into one amazing meatball with a creamy sauce on top. Just serve it with some wide egg noodles and what a delicious meal.

Wishing everyone a great 4th of July, 250th Anniversary Celebration! We are posting a little early this week, giving all of us an opportunity to be with friends and family over this special holiday!
