Slow Cooker New Potatoes and Onions
Our Slow Cooker New Potatoes and Onions will melt in your mouth. This is a very easy recipe to put in your slow cooker and walk away. When you come back a few short hours later it is ready to serve. I have taken this to pot luck events, and a family dinner. It has been a very popular recipe.

How To Make
Slow Cooker New Potatoes and Onions
We will start this recipe by spaying the inside of the cooker with oil. Place one half of the quartered potatoes on the bottom of the cooker. Lightly salt and pepper the potato layer to taste.
Then place one half of the sliced onions on top of the potatoes.
Repeat the layer of the remainder of the potatoes and top with the layer of the remainder of onions.
In a mixing pitcher, whisk together the chicken broth, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, black pepper, Worcestershire Sauce, and Tabasco Sauce
until completely blended.
Slowly pour the sauce over the layer of onions and potatoes. The potatoes have completed the cooking time.
Stir the potatoes and onions then garnish with fresh chopped parsley. Keep on warm until ready to serve.
