Fruit and Kale Salad With Lemon Vinaigrette

Fruit and Kale Salad With Lemon Vinaigrette at Miz Helen's Country Cottage
I love walking out to my winter or summer garden and gathering some fresh kale for a nice salad. In this recipe I added some apples, pears and red onions, then topped it with a delicious lemon vinaigrette and last we sprinkled it with toasted almonds. I really enjoy a flavorful salad with all these very fresh ingredients. This is a great garden to table recipe!

  1. I avoided kale for a long time but once I tried it, it can be quite delicious. This sounds like a great way to enjoy it. I like the idea of adding fruit.
