  3. Thank you for featuring my Carrot Gingerbread Mold Ring with Peas! That was one of my favorite dishes at Holiday dinners when I was a kid ~ very "avant guarde" because carrot cake wasn't heard of in the '50s ~ and this is really a cross between carrot cake & gingerbread (but not a dessert). Merry Christmas!
