Whats For Dinner Next Week 4-23-17

I picked early peas from the garden yesterday so we will be having those on our meal plan this week. I just love the fresh smell of the peas when they are being picked and I always have to try a couple right there in the garden and these are delicious. I took a spring inventory of the pantry this week, just checking the items that we used during the winter months and making a list for the pantry items we will be needing for the spring and summer months. Taking periodic inventories of the pantry and freezer helps with making our meal plans every week.

  4. I'm clearing out some excess this week and plan to do a thorough pantry and freezer inventory soon, too. I want to have plenty of space to put up some produce this summer!
