Baked Ham Steak with Spicy Glaze

We love ham here at the cottage, however we don't always have enough folks coming for the meal to cook a big ham. When we are expecting more than four at a meal, then I will bake our favorite Baked Country Ham, but for a smaller group I love to bake this delicious Ham Steak. This is a great recipe that is easy, and on the table in no time, plus it's full of flavor.

2 tablespoons honey
1-1/2 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon all spice
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or to taste)
Place the Ham Steak in a 12 to 14 inch iron skillet.
In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, cinnamon, all spice, and cayenne, then set aside.
Drizzle the ham with the honey.
Place the Pineapple Slices and the Marciano Cherries on top of the Ham Steak.
Sprinkle the spice mix on top of the pineapple and cherries.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
The liquid glaze that forms can be served on the side if you like.
