Whats For Dinner Next Week,4-5-20 at Miz Helen's Country Cottage
If April showers bring May flowers, we will be having a bumper crop of beatiful flowers in May. I am sitting out on the screen porch to work on the meal plan this week and everything is starting to look so green and fresh. Everything always smells so fresh after a rain. We are having a little bit of a different life right now, my husband is in a high risk group and has taken leave from his job and will be here at home with me for a little while, until he feels like it will  be safer for him to return to work. We have stocked up the pantry, cold bins, and freezer plus our fresh garden vegetables that will be coming on as we move along. Our Swiss Chard is ready in the garden, so I am making an amazing recipe that I can use the fresh Swiss Chard. We may be staying home but we sure are going to eat good and I am excited to share that with all of you!

  1. I'm glad your husband is staying safe at home with you. How wonderful to have fresh Swiss chard right in your garden. Thanks for including your Easter recipe roundup, I am just starting to think about what we can have for Easter...I have been spoiled the past few weeks as I am isolating with my son and his boys and he has been doing all the cooking!
