Whats For Dinner Next Week, 2-6-22 at Miz Helen's Country Cottage
I am trying to finish my meal plan early this week so I can schedule the post before our ice storm comes. We are expecting about 1/2 inch of ice followed by snow, and have been advised we will most likely loose our electric service for a little while. Hopefully it won't be anything like what it was like last year when we went a week without power. We have our survival foods all ready to go, Stock Your Pantry, Stay Calm, Be Ready: Emergencies . In making the meal plan for the week, I know that we will have to keep it flexible, sometimes that is just the way it happens. We were able to get our 400 onions planted before all this ice set in. The spring garden will be here before long!

Looks like I will get this post scheduled before the storm hits, so we will all look forward to seeing the post on Saturday morning. Thanks so much for stopping by the cottage today, stay safe, stay warm and happy cooking! You have a great week and come back to see us real soon!
