Whats For Dinner Next Week, 4-30-22

Spring meal plans are here in full swing with great fresh fruits and vegetables. We always have a meal plan centered around Cinco de Mayo which is coming  up this week. I spent a lot of time in the garden earlier today, we have wonderful garden vegetables coming up everywhere and some will be ready for harvest soon.  It is so nice to be able to be out on the screen porch to spend some awesome time with all of you and make a delicious meal plan for next week.
