Retro Olive Cheese Spread

Retro Olive Cheese Spread at Miz Helen's Country Cottage
This is a creamy spread that has a base of green olives with that brine of the olive. The olives are stuffed with pimentos that gives it a special flavor. We add a few spices and we have one of our favorites retro cheese spreads.
When I was growing up we always had a collection of small glasses that were saved from the cheese spreads. I loved those spreads and continued to enjoy them through the years. This  recipe is so close to the real thing. We just spread it on the little Ritz crackers and enjoy!

  3. It looks amazing! I’m not sure it counts as a retro recipe—if it still makes us all hungry today, then it’s clearly timeless. Saved!
