Spice Cake Poppers
Our Spice Cake Poppers are a perfect treat with morning coffee, afternoon tea, or a special treat anytime. This is a real simple recipe that is quick and easy and produces a great tasting bite of goodness. Just put out a plate of poppers and watch them disappear, they really are that good! On a very busy day, just take a minute for yourself sit back in your favorite chair and enjoy a hot beverage with a delicious Spice Cake Popper!

How To Make Spice Cake Poppers
We are making a spice cake using a cake mix and adding some, eggs, milk, oil, flour and baking powder. Mix it all together and it is ready to go.
Prepare a mini muffin pan with a cooking spray.
Using a tablespoon scoop, fill the 24 muffin cups.Bake in a 350 degree oven for only 10 minutes.
Move from the oven to a cooling rack.
sprinkle with powered sugar.

Spice Cake Poppers
This is a real simple recipe that is quick and easy and produces a great tasting bite of goodness.
Ingredients
- 1 (15.25 ounce) box Spice Cake Mix
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 large eggs
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- Cooking Spray for muffin tin
- Powdered sugar for topping
Instructions
- Prepare a mini muffin tin with a cooking spray
- In a mixing bowl with an electric mixer, mix together the box cake mix, baking powder, flour, milk, oil and eggs. Mix together until very smooth.
- With a tablespoon scoop, fill the muffin tins with the batter. Just 1 scoop per tin.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove to a cooling rack. Set the rack on top of a wax paper and sprinkle the tops of the poppers with powdered sugar.
- Store in a covered container. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
Take a time out, give yourself a treat!
