Whats For Dinner Next Week, 778
If you are able to see this meal plan today, that means you still have power in the middle of what is supposed to be a really bad winter storm. We have been preparing for the storm for several days now and at this writing, we think we are ready.
We will be keeping in mind that part of our meal plan will be during the storm, so we will be looking for some real warm and comforting foods to serve. We will also be doing some cooking ahead of time.
I Made This Chili Ahead Of Time
All We Have To Do Is Heat It Up.
We are blessed to have a dual fuel cook stove.
The top is propane and the oven is electric.
We also have a generator that we can use if need be.
We will be having some Tortillas with our chili. I just flip the tortillas over the flame of the burner of the stove, until they are warmed and delicious.
Of course I made this cake ahead and
hope no-one will find it, until it is time.
I have this frozen in a plastic zip lock bag. I will just drop it in boiling water to heat it up.

I will try to check in and leave some weather notes if I get the opportunity. Be sure and leave me a comment and let me know how you are doing in the storm. Take care, stay safe and warm. Thanks so much for stopping by today!
