How To Microwave Spaghetti Squash
Stuffed Italian Spaghetti Squash at Miz Helen's Country Cottage
Wash and dry the outside of the squash. Then with a paring knife, very carefully cut a line down the center.

With a very sharp knife, cut the squash along the line you just cut with the paring knife.

With a tablespoon, clean out the seeds from the squash cavity.

Turn the cleaned cut squash upside down in a large microwave safe baking dish. Pour about 1/2 inch water in the bottom of the pan.
Micro wave about 12 to 15 minutes until 
the skin can be pierced with a fork.

  1. Helen, this is a quick and easy way to prepare spaghetti squash. I have found that if I put the squash in the microwave for 5 minutes it makes it easier and less dangerous to cut. Then you can either put it back in for further cooking or roast it in the oven. Bernadette, https://newclassicrecipe.com
