  4. Thank you for featuring my Chopped BBQ Chicken Salad! One of my go-to recipes when I'm feeling lazy and just pick up a rotisserie chicken (half price in the afternoon @ Walmart). Why does your midsummer garden look so good and half of my flowers have died? (I'm not good with veggies, just flowers) So, I've narrowed it down to purslane, African Daisies, geraniums and (strangely) gardenias which all need the least "babysitting" in the summer. We're closer to OK border than actual Dallas and it's usually windy here, so I think the sprinkler water gets blown away before it reaches my flowers! Stay cool and catch y'all again next week!
