Whats For Dinner Next Week

Come on back, we are just setting up for some extra folks that will be stopping by for the Labor Day Week End. Thank goodness it is finally cooling off just a bit here so we can get outside a little more. We are really looking forward to the week end to visit with friends and family. The last official week end at the lake is always a big one. I just made some Herb Tea, lets just take a little break and get busy with the menu.



Sunday
Tropical Chicken Grill
Tropical  Marinade
Miz Helen's Kitchen
In a large zip lock bag combine the following
1 cup orange juice
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 medium orange sliced
1 medium lemon sliced
2 teaspoon fresh Rosemary
2 teaspoons Thyme
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 cloves garlic chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste
Place 2 Chicken halves in the marinade
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours
This freezes well
Roasted Corn with Herb Butter
Roasted Squash and Pepper Medley
Tossed Spring Herb Green Salad
Garlic Buns
Fresh Berries and Cream

Corn Bread Sticks
Peach Cobbler with Homemade Ice Cream

From The Leftover Tropical Chicken
Tropical Chicken Salad
Cold Macaroni Salad
Melon and Berry Mix
Chocolate Covered Brownies

Wednesday
Hamburgers On The Grill
Spicy Oven Fries
Left Over Brownies
