  3. Just wanted to let you know I made the Summer Harvest bread again today using peaches instead of bananas. I cooked then for a while and put raw sugar on them. We had eaten almost all of them and I wanted to try the bread. I did the same as the first loaf I made. Used hard white wheat, sucanat and coconut oil. Also used a little less cinnamon and grated in some fresh nutmeg. I had a mixture of wheat flour, sucanat, and butter that was left from some muffins I had made. I sprinkled a little on top just before I put them in the over. It was GREAT!!! Just a tiny crunch but not enough to fall off when you took a bite. SOOOOOOOO good!!! Love this recipe!!
