Basic Tex-Mex Taco Bowls

Basic Tex-Mex Taco Bowls at Miz Helen's Country Cottage
BasicTex-Mex Taco Bowls are a very easy and fast way to make a delicious lunch or dinner. You can choose the toppings of your choice, sour cream, salsa, pico de gallo, you can add beans, corn and other vegetables. This is a basic bowl that most kids will love, or at least my kids love this basic bowl. The Taco meat is loaded with Tex Mex flavors, that are a staple here at the cottage.

Lets Make Some Taco Bowls
I like to use a good quality ground chuck so that it is not floating in grease, I don't need to drain it because it has just enough moisture to give the meat a great flavor. We just cook the meat and season when half way done.

Next we Chop, Chop, Chop until
all the vegetables are choped
and seperated into different containers.

Next we place our rice in the center of the bowl. This makes a great presentation.
