Full Plate Thursday, 554 at Miz Helen's Country Cottage
Welcome to Full Plate Thursday! We have a very important announcement this week so be sure and read it so you won't be left out! We have a very busy cottage right now. It is the transition to fall décor, fall slip covers going on, fall flower arrangements, and the pumpkins will be coming very soon! We have some great features from last week that I sure hope you will enjoy from some very talented bloggers. I am looking forward to see what you will be sharing with us today, so come on in and find your special place at the table, we saved it for you!
Full Plate Announcement
Have you every wished for just one more day to get all your task accomplished? Every week I find myself wishing for just one more day. 11 years ago when I first published Full Plate Thursday, it posted on Thursday morning, it was the trend at that time to publish the day of the party. Trends change as time moves along, and from time to time we have changed with the trends by changing the post time of the party. I think the trend is all over the map today with fewer and fewer linky parties available to participate in. Thanks to each one of you for all of your support through the years and I sure hope this won't be to much of an inconvenience for you.
We are having a time change,
starting with next week's post and party.
Beginning Thursday September 23,2021
Full Plate Thursday Linky Party
Post Time 6:00 a.m., CST
Every Thursday!

  7. Thanks so much for featuring my Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Autumn Leaf Rake Cookies! Whew! You scared me when I started reading your post about the linky party! I thought you were going to end yours, like many others have done lately. I remember when it was on Thursday, and going back to Thursday is just fine (although I don't know why you need to get up @ 6 am to open it that early!). Thanks for hosting and have a happy, healthy and safe Fall!

  16. I went to the site for the Apple Mug Cake. Is there a way for you to reach Suchot, the blogger at bestmugcakes.com, by email about part of her site being down? I can't contact the blogger. There's a host server error (Error 521) coming up when I tried to post a question in the Comments or tried navigating to a contact link for her. There's a discrepancy in the recipe (milk noted in the Instructions, but not listed in the Ingredients). I'm sure Suchot would like to address and fix that. At the moment parts of the site are not working, and I and others cannot ask about issues with a recipe.

  18. Hi Miz Helen,
Thank you for still hosting a weekly party. You are right there are much fewer than there used to be and I look so forward to yours each week. I'm sure it's a lot of work but it's so nice to be introduced to so many different blogs. I also appreciate the feature this week for my corn and blueberry salad. I noted the time change for next week and look forward to another one of your great parties. Have a good week.
