Our Bow Tie Broccoli- Fruit and Walnut Salad recipe is a delicious all around salad that is good for any occasion any time of the year. I have taken this salad to many covered dish luncheons and dinners through the years, it is a great go to pasta salad. The recipe is very simple with a very flavorful dressing, that makes this a winning salad every time.

How To Make Bow Tie
Broccoli - Fruit and Walnut Salad
Chop the apple, pear, onion and broccoli florets and
place in a large mixing bowl.
Toss the cooked pasta with the fruit and vegetables.
Add the dried cranberries and then toss the salad.
Add the dressing and toss the salad,
then top it with the walnuts.

Bow Tie Broccoli-Fruit and Walnut Salad
A delicious salad of bow tie pasta with broccoli and fruit tossed with a very flavorful dressing and topped with walnuts.
Ingredients
- 1 Gala Apple, chopped small
- 1 pear, chopped small
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup red onion, chopped, very small
- 3 cups cooked bow tie pasta
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- The Dressing
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- In a very large mixing bowl, toss together the chopped apple, pear, onion, and broccoli florets.
- Add the cooked bow tie pasta and toss well.
- Toss the cranberries into the salad mix.
- The Dressing
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, honey, salt, pepper and apple cider vinegar. Mix until completely blended.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well. Sprinkle the top of the salad with walnuts.
The salad is ready to serve.
The blend of ingredients and
the dressing make this a delicious salad.
