Mandarin-Broccoli Bow Tie Salad

Mandarin-Broccoli Bow Tie Salad at Miz Helen's Country Cottage
The dressing for this Mandarin-Broccoli Bow Tie Salad recipe makes this salad very special. The combination of the Mandarin Orange and fresh broccoli is one of my favorites for this kind of salad and has a little kick from the delicious dressing. I like to use the bow tie pasta to dress this salad up a bit, but it is just as good with macaroni. It is one of those salads that you can add, chicken or ham maybe a little crisp bacon, it is endless  and limited only to your imagination.

  1. That sounds delicious! I like to combine both fruits and vegetables with my salads too and the dressing for this one sounds nice and light and perfect for that warm weather that must be (hopefully) on it's way soon. Pinned.
