Bar-B-Que Kick'en Chicken

Bar-B-Que Kick'en Chicken At Miz Helen's Country Cottage
Bar-B-Que Kick'en Chicken recipe started with a food discussion with my friend Michelle. She is a great cook and sometimes we exchange cooking ideas and this one was sure a hit at our cottage. Michelle's secret ingredient for the chicken proved to very special to make this grilled Bar-B-Que Chicken a recipe that we loved and will be serving over and over during our grilling season. Thanks so much Michelle for a great cooking tip that we will all enjoy for a long time to come!
How To Make Bar-B-Que Kick'en Chicken

The first thing we do is lightly salt and pepper the chicken
then we use our secret season as a rub all over the chicken.
Place the chicken in a zip lock bag and
refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Remove the chicken from the refrigerator
and bring to room temperature.
Now it's time to grill!

The Grill Master (my husband Leonard) here at the Cottage, likes to turn the chicken several times during
the process of grilling the chicken.
The last turns he brushes on our favorite bar-b-que sauce.
This Chicken Is So Good!

Note:
I am not receiving any kind of compensation
for the use of the season product,
we just like it, and am happy to share it with you!
