I have wanted to develop this recipe for awhile, and finally had an opportunity to try it for a second time with guest and they loved the recipe. This chicken has a rub, great stuffed jalapeno cheese then wrapped with bacon. When this chicken comes off the grill it is ready to savor every flavorful bite. I am so happy to be able to share this new recipe with you today!

I developed this sheet pan recipe because it rained on my grilling day. I know this chicken is great on the grill because we have grilled it before, however when it rains on your cookout try the recipe in the sheet pan, it is delicious. This recipe has a great taste of lemon and fresh herbs that came straight out of my herb garden. I love to use this chicken in a special salad filled with fresh garden vegetables making this a true garden to table recipe.

Bar-B-Que Kick'en Chicken recipe started with a food discussion with my friend Michelle. She is a great cook and sometimes we exchange cooking ideas and this one was sure a hit at our cottage. Lemon Chicken & Veggie Kabobs is a very special grilling recipe that we really enjoy preparing at the cottage. It is almost the entire meal right here on these skewers. We have a great marinate for the chicken and one for the veggies that makes this combination such a special flavor. One fun thing about preparing a ka bob is that whatever you have on hand will work, because it will taste amazing! This is a great recipe that we sure hope you enjoy!

We really enjoy the addition of Green Chilis in any Tex-Mex recipe, they just have such a special flavor. Our Green Chili Chicken Burgers are very flavorful with a touch of fresh cilantro and other great spices. The Green Chili Sauce sets this burger apart from others. This is one of my husbands favorite Chicken Burgers, so I am going to spoil him a little bit today and make it very special just for him! My husband tested positive for Covid 19, 3 days ago, he is at home and doing very well. We are very grateful that he is able to stay at home so we can take really good care of him and spoil him a little. 

I was at the market doing my weekly shopping when I saw these awesome pork chops and they just called out to me, so they ended up coming home with me. I had just harvested some jalapeno's from my garden so why not put all that together. These pork chops are marinated with a jalapeno marinate and the grilled with some onions and more jalapeno's. This is a delicious recipe for these pork chops, and it is a great grilling recipe!

The cottage is a buzz this week, we have had some rain and the garden needs attention. We are trying to get our harvest in before the summer heat takes its toll on the delicate plants. Planning meals at this busy time of the year really helps to keep me on track and organized. I like to use as many garden vegetables and grill outside when we can. These Grilled Spicy Pork Chops have the best flavor of any grilled pork chop that I have ever had. Now I have had a lot of pork chops in my day, but really these are fantastic! Its the rub that makes them so flavorful, they look burned on the outside but they are not, it is the rub, inside they are so tender and juicy and that flavor is deep into the chop. We are paring them with some grilled peaches today to make this a very special plate of goodness!
